Why is myWCU going live April 5?

Information Service has had two successful tests using the Peoplesoft enrollment system. Going live now enables students to use the system for Summer registration and changes to the Fall schedule. Although we do not expect any problems, these scheduling periods have less activity than the Fall registration period and resolution of issues will be less complex. Information for Financial Aid and Bursar will be updated on Stuview nightly.

How do I access myWCU?
Use a web browser link Internet Explorer (recommended) or Netscape and go to my.wcupa.edu (Note: Do not enter www)
  • User ID = Network/Webmail Username (initials and your six-digit WCU ID#)
  • Password = Initialized WCU Network/Webmail password

If you have not initialized your WCU network/webmail password, see below.
